Chiropractic and CrossFit make a great team when looking at overall health! CrossFit is a combination of high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Manual muscle work and other forms other therapy, coupled with a chiropractic adjustment, can also help loosen the soft tissue structures surrounding these areas to further help gain mobility and help execute these weight lifting exercises and gymnastics movements.
